Mabel we were told by the permit department that we were in a residential use zone. That is why we spend $500,000 plus to build here. Since then the house across the street form us on Norris has become a juvenile half way house and the house on the South West corner has become the East African refugee center for the Lutheran church . I am sympathetic to both causes but are those uses permitted in a residential zone ? I contacted Steve K our council member and was basically dismissed by him. I want some answers.
