Two large trees are dead in backyard and need to be removed before the monsoons arise and they cause someone else damage. Trash in backyard is creating housing for cockroaches, desert rats & stray cats that give birth to kittens and then the bobcats come around for the feeding. One bobcat almost got my little one. Also empty built in pool that collects water then misquitos appear along with a gates that are unlocked for a child to fall into an empty pool.
