T16DV02885 Complian 05/11/2016 N/A DNR_VIOL maintenance man came over 4 weeks ago to service the swamp cooler and convert the furnace over to the swamp cooler they were not able to turn it on. The man that serviced it said that it is not up to code, is not wired correctly, and is "too dangerous to turn on" and he was going to let Bancroft know that an electrician needs to come out. I have not contacted me since then and no one further inspect. During our time here a structural crack in a large picture window occurred. The crack is through the entire window and is about 5 feet long, the integrity of the window has been compromised.
