The amount of feces had caused health problems for us,the next door neighbor. Both my other and I have been sick enough to have the doctor test and confirmed that the problem is from the feces odor. When it rain the odor is unbearable, to the point where we can not go outside. Even opening door to exit the home would let flies in. We can not even use our back yard because of the odor. This is not the 1st time that I complaint about this neighbor. |
