A month ago while it was raining, our ceiling back to leak, it was the heavy leak which had me empty my mop bucket 5 times between start of the leak till the morning. I informed the office about the situation and was told that its too wet outside and somebody well be up on the roof in the next couple days. A couple days pass and heard nothing back.
