T15DV08636 Noverify 11/07/2015 N/A DNR_VIOL I am not sure this is the right way to report this incident. Two weeks ago there was an accident at the corner of Hidalgo Vista and Pinal Vista. A drunk driver attempted to make the turn but continue straight and hit the curb and broke up the concrete barrier that was place there by the city to aid a person in a wheel chair to access the side walk from a cross walk. The concrete is very heavy and is still on the side walk. There is also a school across the street and the students also use that cross walk to access the side walk.
