A few weeks ago he moved one vehicle (a food cart) to in front of his home on Seneca where it has stayed unmoved. Currently, a van that has been parked on Bentley for many month is in the same place and lifted up on jacks. A large trailer remains parked in the street and another smaller trailer remains parked on what is legally is considered a sidewalk. |
