Compaction and material testing reports and construction surveillance notes pertaining to the backfilling of the utility trenches must be submitted to the City of Tucson DOT Permit and Codes Section for review prior to the start of roadway subgrade preparation work. THIS PERMIT MUST BE RENEWED EVERY 180 DAYS TO REMAIN VALID. |
