There's tall grass and weeds and a huge amount of litter and cigarette butts on the west side and on the north in Lester street at the curb. There always seems to be couches and furniture at their dumpster. The couches are disposed of eventually, but they are always replaced by a new couch within a week. The easement between Tuscany and Pima Gardens has had a pile of palm fronds and trash in it for weeks now. |
