A partially built dune buggy has been in the driveway for a over a year, in varying states of completion with tools and parts scattered all around it. There is a portable spot light in the front yard that they use to barbeque and gather by and it is often on very late at night. The outside of the home is in terrible disrepair and weeds and tall grass are left unattended to. |
