Background: underneath catwalk had paint falling off showing some metal underneath rusted. Association decided to power wash and paint. Power washing caused the hole. My opinion: the metal was so damaged and had totally rusted out. I'm now concerned about the integrity of the structure. Because this is the second time doing the same duck tape type of repair, and for the safety of all who live here, I'm requesting an inspection. Board (of which I am a member) doesnt share my concern. |
