Description: The alley is not maintained and weeds grow up to three feet tall when it rains. There is a carpet, construction debris, another mattress and vagrants were sleeping under the tree. We called the police a few months ago to remove a homeless man sleeping there. We have three university students living in the house next to this alley. The three girls are afraid of the alley. A few months ago we complained and all that was done was they removed the previous mattress. People see all that trash there and so they just dump more
