We had to try the code pad, then our Knox box key to obtain another key to get the door open. The front entrance is not staffed at night. The big issue, however, is when we tried to exit. The doors were again locked, no knox box inside and the key pad code was not working (this was the code the staff told us to use). Further, a sign on the door stated that if the handle was held down for 15 sec. an alarm would sound and the doors would open if locked. This did not work either. We could not get out the main exit.
