To provide you with more detail of the probable code infraction; apparently the property owner has had a problem with vehicles cutting through the corner of his property, so he piled up some scrap metal, rocks and other junk, painted much of it white and red (to make it highly visible) and then posted a few "no trespassing" signs. |
