The front yard is an eyesore - overgrown with weeds and scraggly and uncared for plants. The back yard has a lot of junk, litter and debris. The rear patio cover is falling apart creating a safety hazard and encroaching on the property line - it is actually attached to a block wall between the properties. The house appears in horrible disrepair with peeling paint and ramshackle appearance. The house appears uninhabitated. |
