Shower water does not drain. Carpets are wet near the bathrooms. The pipe snaking process is not working. Apartment manger is working with tenants to try and fix problems. Walls are swollen with water, mold is starting to grow at the base of the walls. Also, there are electrical socket problems in all the rooms. The sockets short out and trip all the time. Tenant has been in this unit since January 09. |
