DNR WILL REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF A GEN REPAIR PERMIT UNLESS DSD FEELS A MORE EXTENSIVE REQUREMENT IS NECESSARY ONCE A REVIEW WITH THE CONTRACTOR IS COMPLETED. NOTE THIS IS A LARGE TWO STORY MULTI BUILDING APARTMENT COMPLEX. THE INSEPCTOR IS RICK SALDATE AND CAN BE REACHED ON CELL AT 240=-3257 |
