Included structural engineering to analyze the load capacity of the third floor and to  provide structural engineering services for the balcony shade structures. Interior work will include new finishes, new LED light fixtures and reconfigured HVAC distribution. Power and data will be coordinated with the new layout and furniture.     FFE will be provided and coordinated by the City of Tucson.
