I am looking for construction drawings or anything from building of big house and small house on this property, built circa 1955. (The MH spaces came later.) I am particularly interested in anything related to the small building in the center of the property. It may have been used as a guest house or apartment back then as it has a full bath and appears to have had a kitchen, but since we've owned it in 1980 we have only used the little bldg as office, bathroom, laundry and storage. We wanted to see if there is any historical record showing the intent when it was built as we are wanting to use it as a studio apartment and may not need to get a variance if there is evidence showing use as this in the past.
