REQ-1024-06896 Complete 10/10/2024 11/15/2024 Requests CE-VIO0923-05390 - Workshop, Carport and Ramada - Also 7' Fences I have been trying to go to the Board of Adjustment since advised to do so by PDSD last spring, but I was informed in mid-May that I needed to pause my BOA application and resubmit my plans for Zoning comments. This entailed getting updated drafts, engineering, and welding inspections, which consumed several months of the summer as many contractors were busy or on vacation. I submitted plans in mid-August, got feedback by the end of September, and now I am resuming by BOA application process. I had hoped that my resubmittal of plans would yield an automatic extension of the permit, but it seems to have not. Given the pace of my experience thus far, I would like a further six month extension on this permit, affording me time for the BOA process, a final resubmittal of the plan for Zoning's approval, and building inspections.
