This entailed getting updated drafts, engineering, and welding inspections, which consumed several months of the summer as many contractors were busy or on vacation. I submitted plans in mid-August, got feedback by the end of September, and now I am resuming by BOA application process. I had hoped that my resubmittal of plans would yield an automatic extension of the permit, but it seems to have not. Given the pace of my experience thus far, I would like a further six month extension on this permit, affording me time for the BOA process, a final resubmittal of the plan for Zoning's approval, and building inspections. |
