INTERIOR PARTITIONS WILL BE ADDED TO FORM A NEW LOBBY AND ADMINISTRATION SPACE, A MEETING SPACE AND PRIVATE OFFICES. A NEW STAFF KITCHEN/ BREAK AREA WILL BE DESIGNED ALONG THE WEST WALL OF THE BUILDING. ONE ALL GENDER RESTROOM WILL BE UPDATED TO MEET ADA REQUIREMENTS. A JANITOR'S CLOSET WITH A MOP SINK WILL BE ADDED. A DOUBLE DOOR WILL BE INSTALLED AT MAIN NORTH ENTERANCE. EXISTING MECHANICAL, PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS TO BE EVALUATED, UTILIZED AND UPGRADED AS INDICATED. |
