THE PROPOSED PROJECT IS A SINGLE-STORY TENANT INFILL OF AN EXISTING SPACE IN SPEEDWAY, TUCSON, ARIZONA. THE INTERIOR BUILDOUT IS 13,433 SF, ATTACHED ADJACENT SPACES ON THE STRIP CENTER ARE NOT IN SCOPE. THE PROJECT SCOPE INCLUDES NEW MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, AND STRUCTURAL REINFORCEMENT OF LEASED SPACE ONLY. THE ACTIVITY ROOM WILL BE USED TO FACILITATE ALL OF THE HEALTH CARE PROVIDED ABOVE WHEN MULTIPLE SENIOR CITIZENS CAN BE CONSULTED AT ONCE.
