Due to financial short-comings I was unable to pursue a building permit during the year following approval. I have applied for a permit (TC-RES-0324-01341) and wish to have the HPZ-21-071 approval renewed. No changes are proposed to what was presented to and approved by Historic Preservation staff and PDSD director. All conditions of the approval (except the timeframe) are met in the construction drawings submitted for permitting.
