Due to financial short-comings I was unable to pursue a building permit during the year following approval. I have applied for a permit (TC-RES-0324-01341) and wish to have the HPZ-21-071 approval renewed. No changes are proposed to what was presented to and approved by Historic Preservation staff and PDSD director.
