It is owned by Larson & Baker. They were issued a "Certificate of Completion in lieu of a certificate of occupancy" by PDSD at that time. They are in need of a CofO for a new commercial tenant to prove the approved occupancy load, which should be 141. There has been no change of use since then. The current owners, Larson & Baker, have an old CofO from 2005 but that CofO states the occupancy load before the 2016 reno, which was 100. How do they go about getting a CofO stating the current occupancy load? They do not plan on doing any additional renovation. |
