His current store totals 2,895 s.f. He has leased the vacant space adjacent to his store that is an additional 975 s.f. giving him a total of 3,870 s.f. We have an approved Demo permit to begin the expansion and our new tenant improvement drawings are in for review currently. We have a review comment identifying a zoning code stipulation that limits laundromats to 3,000 s.f. total (Sec. 4.9.4.T.1).
