Between December 5th and March 5th I spoke to representatives from Ward 1 weekly as they attempted to organize a meeting. They were unable to schedule the meeting until March 13th, at which point I was advised to seek a Board of Adjustment variance for my property. I need an extension to: 1) Work with PDSD to discover all relevant issues to address in my B/A process 2) Go through the B/A process 3) Revise my permit application to reflect the outcome of the Board's decision. I am also currently waiting for responses from PDSD staff regarding the following issues: 1) Legal documentation to provide to PDSD establishing agreement between me and neighbors regarding setbacks and mutual fences 2) How to apply for a Board of Adjustment pre-hearing meeting 3) Instruction on what sort of welding inspection information I need to provide to PDSD and how to obtain said information
