REQ-0324-02157 Denied 03/18/2024 N/A Requests *Please re-apply for a new permit if work still needs to be done. Only allowing 1 renewal per permit. 2nd request has been denied.* Pay renewal request REQ-0324-02057 for extension. We are in need of closing down sidewalk and street on the back side of this AT&T/Centurylink building in order to crane telecom equipment up from the building and onto flatbed truck for removal. Access is gained through a metal door/plate that opens up on the side walk, pictures are attached as well. The closure would be on N. Scott Ave between E Alameda St. and E Pennington St. I dont believe we would need actual barricades just flaggers to guide traffic during hours of work being done. Flaggers can be provided by our company.
