We repainted the suite, replaced ceiling tiles, and added new LED bulbs. Per the Tenant's request, we put a new lock on the restroom for their clients, so they can give a key to access that restroom. Lastly, we had the carpets professionally cleaned. No changes were done to the structure of the suite. No walls were added or removed. All additions were cosmetic. There is no change of use. The Tenant's business name is New Hope Recovery, LLC. An Arizona Limited Liability Company. That is the Tenant. I'm applying for the CofO on their behalf. |
