The couch on the top of the roof is an eyesore and is a danger to anyone who sits in it. 3. The sideyard is full of debris and semi-permanent structures intended to hide activities within the sideyard. It is an absolute eyesore. 4. There is an approximate 20 foot tall shade structure which is not historical in nature and has not gone through review. This property continues to be an eyesore and detriment to our historical district. It truly is a nuisance property. Please issue zoning citations for each of the above identified deficiencies/problems. |
