It has also been attracting homeless individuals. I found a homeless man unconscious in my alleyway and called the police. I’m extremely concerned that someone could break into my home or start a fire. I’ve reached out to 311 and they said nothing could be done unless I see someone in the house. I don’t know what else to do and I’m afraid of being alone in my home. |
