| CE-VIO0926-04054 | Received | Code Enforcement Case | WEEDS / HOA common area, There is a common area between the four shared units located at 638 E. Babcock Drive and 635 E. Harvill Drive. For at least 5 months, the common area between the 4 condos at West University Condo Association has been neglected. There is a small tree that has fallen over, there are significant tall weeds, some trash, and a dead bird. With the rain, the area is becoming a breeding ground for insects. Pride Management (7670 E Broadway Blvd #205, Tucson, AZ 85710) is responsible for maintaining this common area, and despite requests, has refused to send someone over to clean up the area and treat it for pest control. I have emailed repeatedly, to no avail. They told me that landscapers were finally supposed to clean up the area on August 21, 2026, but no one ever came to service the property. Pride Management is bound legallly by the CC&R's to maintain the property, but they refuse to do so. I am now pursuing support at the government level. |
