Excessive debris and building materials and trash has been in carport since then as well as trash bags. Homeless have been frequenting the carport going through the trash as well as relieving themselves in public while there. No one has been in the home. Neighbor (who lives next door to this residence) parks her car there but does not deter this and is not here currently. Rodents, cockroaches and even 2 raccoons have been observed as well. It is disgusting |
