The collapsing roof has forced the tenant to place all storage belongings in the front carport - easily seen by passers by and other neighbors. It has been like this a minimum of two years. One more big wind, and it may take the fence completely out. Tenant is not having a yard sale as it may appear from the signs in the carport. He is also running an illegal dog boarding kennel out of his house - has multiple dogs other than his own that are dropped off and picked up at differing intervals and also often get out through the decaying fence where there is a tree on their property that has destroyed part of the fence. Owners are elderly and have not visited the property in years, tenant is their adult son. |
