CE-VIO0726-03011 Closed - Resolved Code Enforcement Case URBAG/ request assistance with an ongoing noise issue involving a rooster kept on the grounds of a local charter school in our neighborhood which I believe is illegal to have let alone caged in a residential area. Rooster has been crowing every morning beginning around 4:45–5:00 a.m. and continues intermittently until approximately 7:30 a.m.
