CE-VIO0526-02051 Closed - Resolved Code Enforcement Case ZCOM / laundry/dryer ventilation discharging air, moisture, and laundry odor into the common stairwell area between Units 266 & 267. The affected area is a narrow enclosed common stairwell/landing between Units 266 and 267, the space is 3 to 5 feet wide, with limited airflow and no visible active ventilation. The vent is located high on the wall, estimated at approximately 7 to 9 feet above the stair/landing level. This is a shared passage between unit entrances, the air does not appear to clear quickly. Warm, moist laundry air, lint or dust, and detergent or fabric-softener odors remain in the common stairwell, especially when laundry is used during busier times. (pictures uploaded)
